Distinguished Scholarship Award Nomination Form

Nomination forms are due by Tuesday, October 31, 2023.

 
NOTE: The Distinguished Scholarship Award is intended to recognize faculty for their achievements in research and creative activities. If you wish to recognize a faculty member for being an outstanding teacher, please nominate that person for the Distinguished Teaching Award.

Criteria

Please write a short statement (250 words max) that explains how the nominee meets the award criteria on the Distinguished Scholarship Award webpage (link opens in new window)

If the statement does not address excellence in research and creative activities the nomination will not receive further consideration.
