2025-2026 Meeting Calendar

  • All Academic Senate meetings will be held in UU 220 (Building 065, Room 220) from 3:10 to 5:00 pm. Zoom links will be included in the agenda.
  • All Executive Committee meetings will be held in the President's conference room (01-409) from 3:10 to 5:00 pm, unless otherwise noted in the agenda. 
     

NEW for AY 2025-2026: All agenda materials must be submitted to the Academic Senate office (academic-senate@calpoly.edu) the Wednesday before the meeting at 12 p.m. This new process will give us time to review, assemble, and make accessible the packet prior to distribution. For example, any resolution, written report, or general agenda item related to the October 7 Academic Senate meeting must be emailed to the office by Wednesday, October 1 at noon.

All presentation materials must be submitted to the Academic Senate office the Monday before the meeting by the end of the day.
