2026-2027 Meeting Calendar
NEW for AY 2026-2027:
- All Academic Senate meetings will be held in UU 220 (Building 065, Room 220) from 3:00 to 4:50 p.m. Zoom links will be included in the agenda.
- All Executive Committee meetings will be held in the President's conference room (01-409) from 3:00 to 4:50 pm, unless otherwise noted in the agenda.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
All agenda materials must be submitted to the Academic Senate office (academic-senate@calpoly.edu) the Wednesday before the meeting at 5 p.m. For example, any resolution, written report, or general agenda item related to the October 7 Academic Senate meeting must be emailed to the office by Wednesday, October 1 at noon. This deadline will give us time to publish the agenda.
All presentation materials must be submitted to the Academic Senate office the Monday before the meeting by the end of the day. Presentation slides will be posted on the website as a PDF at the time of the meeting and archived in DigitalCommons at the end of the year.
Please ensure that submitted materials, such as attachments and presentations, meet standard accessibility requirements, including alternate text/descriptions, document format, color contrast, etc. More information about how to make documents accessible can be found on the CTLT's "Accessible Learning" webpage.
